INTRODUCTION
CPI Engineering Services Sdn. Bhd. (CPI) stands for "Chemicals, Petroleum & Innovation".
CPI is a 100% Malaysian-owned investment holding company involves in various viable business ventures in related to chemicals, petroleum & innovative technologies and services in the energy sectors.
In year 2010, CPI acquired 60% shares in Sumber Petroleum Cemerlang Sdn. Bhd., a MITI licensed, ISO 9001 certified lubricants manufacturing company based in Klang Selangor. Sumber Petroleum Cemerlang Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in 1989. It is now one of the top leading lubricants manufacturer, importer and distributor in Malaysia.
In January 2016, CPI signed a Joint Venture (JV) agreement with Quess Corp Limited, India. The new entity Himmer Industrial Services (M) Sdn. Bhd. is to expand the Industrial Asset Management business of Quess Corp Limited, under its brand Hofincons. The JV offers world class Industrial Asset Management Services at competitive prices to its customers in Malaysia.
