Sumber Petroleum Cemerlang Sdn. Bhd. is a subsidiary of CPI Engineering Services Sdn. Bhd.. It is one of the top leading lubricants manufacturer, importer and distributor in Malaysia.

SPC import, manufacture, export and distribute a wide range of lubricants serving various industries and commercial sectors. Our products are used in all makes of vehicles, commercial fleets, locomotive, marine, petro-chemicals, offshore, power generation and all types of manufacturing industries.

SPC was incorporated in 1989. We represent some of the World's most renowned brands of Specialty Lubricants cater for industrial most stringent and harsh applications. It has over 28 years of experience in lubrication. Its marketing network covers some of the ASEAN, China & South America countries.

In year 2006, SPC successfully implemented ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Our ISO certification covers the scope of Design, Development, Customization, Blending and Supply of lubricants products.

In some industries, we also customized product to meet customer's manufacturing process or maintenance requirement.

In 4Q 2018, SPC will commission its new Lube Oil Blending Plant (LOBP) located at SERI ALAM Industrial Park, Sungai Kapar Indah, Klang, Selangor, Malaysia. The new LOBP will triple its current production capacity with automated filling and packaging lines. This new facility also house its R&D Centre which develop advance high performance lubricants for various automotive, marine and industrial applications.
